Ritz Laboratory

The lab performs research in the areas of Bone Marrow Transplantation, Leukemia, Tumor Antigens, and Immunotherapy.





  • NKL cell line ( Tumor-derived cell line )

    Cell line NKL was established from the peripheral blood of a patient with CD3-CD16+CDS6+ large granular lymphocyte (LGL) leukemia. The neoplastic LGL of this patient mediated natural killing and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity
    (ADCC) and exhibited proliferative responses similar to normal
    CD16+CDS6dimnatural killer (NK)cells.
