    The facility at 221 Longwood is equipped to do MRI imaging for both large and small animals. Small animal (mouse and rat) imaging and housing is available at 221 Longwood in the BMRC facility in a BL2 housing facility run by the BWH CCM, and using a Bruker 7T small bore MRI magnet. Large animal imaging is also available on the Siemens 3T Skyra and GE 3T magnets in the BMRC facility. In the new BWH Building for Transformative Medicine (BTM), animal housing and imaging is available on 11th floor with the following 4 imaging devices: Bruker Biospec 3T Small Animal MRI, Bruker SkyScan 1176 mCT, Bruker In-Vivo Extreme II Optical/X-ray, Sedecal SuperArgus mPET/CT 4R. Research assistants are available to perform MRI image segmentation, registration, tumor volume and dimension measurements, and time course analyses on preclinical images obtained through the BRIC.
