    384-well plate format. Concentration Information: 1uM in siRNA buffer. Control Information: Human PLK1 SMARTpool Dharmacon Cat#: M-003290-01; siControl non-targeting siRNA's #2-#5. The stock concentration for the siRNA library plates designated for screening is 1uM. Higher concentration stocks are available upon request. All of the siRNAs are stored in 1x Dharmacon siRNA buffer (20mM KCl, 6mM HEPES-pH 7.5, and 0.2 mM MgCl2). Screeners using 96-well plates for their assay will be provided with the appropriate information to translate 384-well plate numbers to 96-well plate numbers for the purposes of labeling assay plates. This library should be used to pilot siRNA screening assays. It replaces the Mitchison Kinase library previously used for piloting purposes. The ICCB-L Pilot I library is a custom library of SMARTpools purchased from Dharmacon Thermo Fisher in July 2010. The majority of the library comprises siRNA pools directed against kinases that were selected based on hit frequency from previous siRNA screens at the ICCB-L. All of the 237 siRNA pools in this collection were identified as hits in at least two different ICCB-L siRNA screens.
