eagle-i ID

Resource Type

  1. Protocol

  1. Resource Description
"Leveraging the advantages of in situ analysis, the Celigo adherent cell cytometer analyzes adherent cells with the same precision and accuracy as non-adherent cell types. With Celigo, scientists can obtain high quality data from every cell in every well of a 384-well microplate in just 10 minutes. The system is designed to maximize utility with an array of capabilities: * Operates with T-flasks and a variety of multiwell plates * Provides data for adherent and non-adherent cell types * Brightfield cell imaging and identification * Eliminates the brightfield edge effect for deeper analysis * Fluorescence detection capabilities for up to three fluors * Requires minimal sample manipulation"
  2. Uses
    Cyntellect Celigo adherent cell cytometer
  3. Uses
    Cellular assay
  4. Used by
