Properties

  1. Construct Insert
    Scleraxis
  2. Resource Description
    A possible dominant negative.
  3. Resource Description
The transcriptional corepressor Groucho attaches in some cases to a WRPW motif at the C terminus of a protein. Tailing a TF with WRPW can therefore convert it into a repressor. Infection with the virus led to the production of ectopic AER's. Probably a neomorph that is not related to the function of scleraxis.
  4. Additional Name
    Scleraxis
  5. Construct Backbone
    RCAS(A)
