"µCT 35 offers high resolution on the desktop. The optional sample changer accommodates up to 8 sample holders."
"The MicroXCT-200 is a versatile 3D X-ray imaging system suited for non-destructive analysis of a large variety of samples. Its unique design allows for high resolution imaging for relatively large samples. Its detectors are tailored to image both high and low absorption materials. The MicroXCT-200 provides the unique high resolution 3D imaging ability that allows analysis and visualization of internal fine 3D structures in intact samples, which is not possible with typical surface analysis tools like the AFM, SEM or conventional CT systems."
"Time: 1 hour will be charged per long bone, this type of scan includes the following:
* Scan time on the Scanco uCT 35
* Image reconstruction / processing
* Standard sample analysis
The parameters reported during a typical long bone scan include:
* BV/TV [1] – A ratio of bone volume to total volume
* Tb.N [mm] - Trabecular number
* Tb.Th [mm] - Trabecular thickness
* TB.Sp [mm] - Trabecular separation
* M.BV/TV [1] – A ratio of bone volume to total volume in the medullary of the long bone.
* C.Th [mm] – Cortical thickness
Data will be reported as an Excel spreadsheet. We will also produce standard images of both scanned regions. Non-standard images will be produced for a fee per hour of technical assistance and processing time."
"Time: 1 hour will be charged per vertebrae, this type of scan includes the following:

"Time: Variable depending on your project, please work with us to understand the requirements of your project. This includes:
* Technician time to load your sample and start the scan
* Scan time on the Scanco uCT 35 or Xradia MicroXCT-200
Does NOT include:
* Analysis
* Image reconstruction on the Xradia
Analysis options:
* Take data and use own software (ImageJ, etc.)
* Internal users may be granted access to Avizo Fire or Scanco software for a limited time
* See “variable analysis” for more options"
"Avizo Fire offers a broad range of software tools for obtaining and visualizing advanced qualitative and quantitative information on material structure images.
For industrial tomography, crystallography, material microstructure evolution, modality inspection for nano-structure, non destructive testing and evaluation, core sample analysis and surface analysis, food analysis. Avizo Fire delivers the whole feature set allowing materials scientists to see the invisible, and to understand and present their data."
