Services

  • Calcium flux measurements service ( Material analysis service )

    Using Indo-1.

  • Cell sorting service ( Material analysis service )

Service includes: single cell sorting (cloning) into 96-well and 384-well plates, sorting (up to 10 colors) of multicolor immunophenotyped samples, sorting and analysis of GFP, YFP, mTomato, gene expression proteins, sorting stem cell side populations using Hoechst, and sorting up to 4 populations at once into Eppendorf, 5 ml or 15 ml tubes.

  • DNA analysis service ( Material analysis service )

Uses standard dyes (Hoeschst, DAPI, PI, 7-AAD, etc.).

  • Sorting or analysis with operator service ( Material analysis service )

"Specialties: Multicolor immunophenotyping. 11 colors including Qdots by customer choice; DNA analysis with Hoechst 33342 and 33358; DAPI, PI, YoYo1, DRAQ5; Analysis of Side Population with Hoechst 33342 and cells surface staining; GFP, YFP, td-Tomato; High through put flow cytometry combined with Interllycyt system.
