    "The Genomic Sample Services Facility currently performs DNA purification methods from both blood and saliva. DNA purification is performed using the Gentra Puregene reagents, a modified salting-out precipitation method that produces high-molecular-weight, archive-quality DNA. This procedure is automated on the AutoPure LS instrument." Service provided by the Genomic Samples Services Sub-Facility.
